Tips to Soothe Your Nights

Relax and renew, even when you can't sleep. These tips can  help you soothe your night.

  • Keep lights dim, movements slow and small.

  • Let your thoughts float. Let go of directing the outcome.

  • Notice your body: sensations, images, or whispered words.

  • Exhale deeply. Let the next inhale arise on its own.

  • Feel your breath massage away tension from the inside.

  • For comfort, hold one hand on your forehead and the other on the base of your skull.

  • Write your deepest wisdom about problems.
